Four layers of our vanilla sponge w, vanilla bean milk soak, filled with our raspberry hibiscus jam and whipped cream; iced with vanilla buttercream that we decorate with foliage from the SILVIE garden, buttercream swirls and sugar crystals.

5 inch serves 4-6 , 7 inch serves 8-12, 10 inch serves 18-24, 12 inch serves 35-48, small stacked two tier serves 20-30 and large stacked two tier serves up to 50.

Our floral decor varies with the season and each cake finish is unique. We cannot guarantee a particular colour or style.

Cakes with fresh floral decor are best on day of collection/delivery to look their best.

Please note that all floral is decorative and not edible, and other decorr may be a choking hazard for small children.

Keep in a cool place or fridge. Allow to come up to room temperature before serving. Consume within 4 days.
