Choose four layers of our vanilla or rye chocolate sponge w, vanilla bean milk soak, filled with our poached pear compote w whipped miso maple mascarpone cream, and a layer of dark chocolate mousse; iced with a choice of vanilla or chocolate buttercream that we decorate with buttercream ridge swirls, compote dollops, dried pear slices and sprigs of foliage .

You can opt for alternative finishes.

5 inch serves 4-6 , 7 inch serves 8-12, 10 inch serves 18-24, 12 inch serves 35-48, small stacked two tier serves 20-30 and large stacked two tier serves up to 50.

Our floral decor varies with the season and each cake finish is unique. We cannot guarantee a particular colour or style.

Keep in a cool place or fridge. Allow to come up to room temperature before serving. Consume within 4 days.
