Three layer light vanilla or chocolate sponge soaked with espresso martini syrup (alcohol) and filled with a scattering of chocolate coated coffee beans and iced with mascarpone espresso buttercream (top is iced, sides are semi-iced).

Choose to keep plain and simple (lightly piped w chocolate coated coffee beans) or decorate with fresh seasonal flowers.

Notes on our celebration cakes -

5inch is a perfect gift size, 7inch serves 10-12 people and our 10inch serves 18-22 people. small stacked (5+7inch) serves up to 24-30 and large stacked (7+10inch) serves up to 50.
